UCB wanted to better understand the rapidly evolving AI landscape and identify concrete opportunities for applying AI within the pharmaceutical industry.
The challenge was to move beyond generic AI discussions and provide relevant insights that could be translated into practical use cases for their teams.
Goal
Equip participants with a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, demonstrate how AI can create value within a pharmaceutical context, and provide actionable next steps for immediate experimentation and adoption.
Solution
We designed and delivered a tailored 3-hour workshop divided into two parts.
The first section provided an introduction to AI, covering key concepts, capabilities, limitations, and current developments. The second section focused on pharmaceutical-specific applications, practical examples, and interactive exercises relevant to UCB’s work environment. The session concluded with a set of concrete action points and opportunities, enabling participants to start applying AI within their own workflows immediately.
