ChallEnge
62Miles needed more than AI experimentation. It needed a structure that could support long-term adoption across the entire group.
AI initiatives were happening in different parts of the organization, but without a shared framework, ownership, or clear alignment between agencies. The challenge was to create a scalable foundation that could support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and responsible AI integration across both internal operations and client services.



Goal
The goal was to turn AI into a sustainable capability embedded in the culture, structure, and strategic direction of the group.

Solution
We built an AI framework focused on governance, enablement, and cross-agency collaboration.
The project introduced AI taskforces, ambassador networks, recurring strategic check-ins, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the group. Alongside workshops and internal guidance, support was also provided on client-facing projects, partnerships, and AI strategy development to help 62Miles build a strong and future-ready foundation for AI adoption.
